Spending most of my career in the finance industry leading people and building rapport with customers, it had always been clear to me that I was a people person. I love getting to know people and building relationships in and outside of an office setting. You spend most of your time at work and it's important to make sure the environment is safe, fun and to try and radiate as much positive energy as you can (although acknowledging it can be hard at times of course).
I completed a double degree in Business Management & Finance, which gave me a lot of the foundations to flourish here at Beyond HR. I get the most satisfaction out of running the day-to-day operations/making sure everything goes smoothly, understanding the needs of people and how I can help, coaching, mentoring, hanging out with my sausage dog (Norman)... the list goes on.
