I have worked in HR for 13 years across a myriad of industries in Australia and overseas. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology), Graduate Diploma (Employee Relations & Human Resource Management) and Master of Commerce (ER & HRM) all from the University of Melbourne. I also completed the Management Acceleration Program at INSEAD business school (France) and hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
I am passionate about working with business leaders who understand that their people are a major source of competitive advantage, and they just need the right business partner to help them maximise this.
